Long time….no update….i know.  There are lots of good things that have happened in the last month.  The last update I did was right around finals time.  Everything turned out really well for me, making this my best semester ever at school.  To start winter break off, Amanda drove Anna and I home to Philly.  Amanda, Ami, and I went into NYC on the first Thursday of break.  We had a great time walking around, eating food, and hanging out.  The next day we went to Anna’s house and she drove us into the city to see the Nutcracker.  All 3 of us loved it!! We are such girls, I know.  Amanda went back to Virginia and then I started my first season working in retail during the holiday season.  One word sums it up.  That word being HELL.  Although I got so many hours for the first 2 weeks or so that I was home, they were quite stressful.  Being all alone in the women’s department is no fun.  Cleaning up fitting rooms and putting away buttloads of returns was also no fun.  Xmas was really good this year.  Matt and I went to Sawa’s house on Christmas Eve.  I tried so hard to wait till to exchange gifts with him.  It was too damn hard and I couldn’t do it.  I got a beautiful ring!  I haven’t taken it off yet!  Christmas Day was also our one-year anniversary!!  Santa was very good to me too.  I got a digital camera, battery charger, slippers, Victoria’s Secret giftcard, Borders giftcard, some teacher things (a few books to start my collection, stamps, etc).  During break, I also went into NYC again, but this time with my family.  It had been a while since my mom last went into the city during xmas, so I know she enjoyed it a lot.  My brother and I waited for seemingly forever in the ticket line to get discount tickets for broadway.  As it turned out, we settled for an off-broadway play entitled, The Perfect Crime.  It was really good.  We also met up with two of our cousins, Colleen and Kelly (we’re not an irish family or anything), for lunch before we headed back to Princeton.  I saw a few movies during break including Spanglish, Ocean’s Twelve, and Meet the Fockers.  My last week at Sears, I got shafted in hours, only getting scheduled 7 as an MCA.  I was expecting them to get cut, but not cut by 80%.  I was offered some In-Store Marketing hours, meaning I work .  I found that they days went by rather quickly.  If I come back to Sears during the summer, I would consider doing that instead of being an MCA.  I did some shopping and got my ass ready for school.  I rode the bus back on Sunday, Jan 9.  Last week was spent getting my room organized, buying books.  I went to Souper Bowl with Anna, Amanda, and Liz.  We met up with my Big, Nick, and a bunch of their friends.  We all had a good time (some better than others…lol).  I drank too much and I got a little sick…it was not fun.  I slept in Anna and Amanda’s room that night.  Matthew came on Friday to pick me up.  He seriously is the best!!  We were so hungry when we got there, so we went to eat, then we came back and slept.  Saturday, I hung out with Matt and Mykel in the afternoon and went to Wegmans!  I cooked some ground beef to help out.  We had some drinks at night.  Sunday was the Eagles game.  A very good game at that.  I had to go back at the butt crack of dawn on Monday.  The bus left at 820.  In Rochester style, it was snowing.  I also, finished the DiVinci Code!! I can't wait to start my new book.  I’ve just had a lot of my mind lately and I’ve been freaking out about a few things.  I’m good now and I’m so happy with the way things are.  Everything seems to be working out just perfectly.  I have an awesome boyfriend who I know cares so much about me, friends who are there for me, a great family, and I’m doing well in school.  Things are super!!   Okay, I’m peacing out.  Till next time, e.
